Our Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Tevin Rapp, joined Tosi in April 2025 and plays a key role in coordinating orders, inventory, shipping, and invoicing. His work helps ensure that customers receive the right products at the right time.

How would you describe your job to a 7-year-old?
I help make sure the right products get to the right people at the right time. When someone orders something from us, I help track it, get it shipped, and make sure everything is correct behind the scenes.

How did you end up in your current role?
I’ve always worked around supply chain, logistics, and operations, so this role was a natural fit for me. Over time, I gained experience with order management, shipping, inventory, invoicing, and working with different teams, and Tosi gave me the opportunity to bring all of that together in one role.

What is the best part about your job/working at Tosi?
The best part is that every day is different. I get to work with sales, finance, operations, warehouse teams, and customers, so I’m always solving something new. I also like that my work has a real impact because when supply chain is moving correctly, the customer experience is better.

If you had to swap places with a colleague for one day, who would it be and why?
I’d swap places with someone from the DevOps team for a day. Since my role is focused on orders, shipping, inventory, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, it would be valuable to see more of the technical side and understand how the systems and infrastructure support the customer experience.
