Meet Ted Delarosa, National Sales Manager – Critical Infrastructure, Central Region, USA. Ted joined Tosi in June 2025 and works with organizations across the central United States to help them enhance security, connectivity, and operational resilience.
How would you describe your job to a 7-year-old?
My job is to build and grow relationships with companies that can improve security, connectivity, and scalability. I do this by understanding the current set up they have in place and offering them a robust solution that will ensure they realize ROI on their money spent partnering with Tosi.
How did you end up in your current role?
I was previously a Director in the IT Managed Services industry. I had a successful 15-year career in that industry, partnering with companies to maximize their digital footprint. It was time for me to pivot and take on a new challenge. I went through the interview process at Tosi and knew I'd be successful if I put in the time to learn about the platform and customer industries we serve. The bonus was the company culture that was in place and thriving still today.
What is the best part about your job/working at Tosi?
Overcoming demands and challenges with fellow Tosi teammates is always rewarding. There is no lack of helping hands to assist when you don't have the answer to a question.
If you had to swap places with a colleague for one day, who would it be and why?
I'd have to say it would be with one of our talented Sales Engineers. I work directly with them when presenting demos to potential buyers and existing customers. They navigate the Tosi platform in a way only they can understand and it's very impressive to me. They've helped me be successful and I'd like to be able to navigate their role for one day!
