We’re looking for a hands-on HR Coordinator or HR Specialist to join our HR team in Espoo or Tampere. In this role, you’ll help keep our HR operations running smoothly from payroll inputs and documentation to onboarding, benefits, and everyday employee support. This is a practical, impactful role where your attention to detail and proactive approach make a real difference. Depending on your experience, the position can be scoped as either HR Coordinator or HR Specialist, but the core of the role is strongly operational.

Here's a snapshot of what your daily responsibilities would include:

• Preparing payroll inputs and coordinating with external providers,

• Supporting recruitment processes in Finland and across our European locations,

• Preparing employment contracts and maintaining HR documentation,

• Supporting onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle activities,

• Maintaining HR systems, preparing monthly reporting and ensuring data accuracy,

• Coordinating benefits in Europe and occupational health care collaboration in Finland,

• Acting as a first point of contact for employee questions in Europe,

• Supporting internal events, recognition initiatives, and HR communications.

Besides your own, small global HR team, you will be supported by 80+ Tosi team members across the globe. You will report directly to the global Chief HR Officer Janita Koskiluoma, who is based in Espoo.

You might be just the person we’re looking for if these describe you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience,

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role - enough to know the ropes, but still curious to keep learning,

• Hands-on experience with payroll processes (mandatory),

• Good understanding of Finnish HR practices (experience with other European countries such as Germany or Sweden is a plus),

• Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive and organized way of working,

• Comfortable with HR systems and digital tools, and maybe even excited when there’s a new platform to try out,

• Approachable and service-minded: people know they can turn to you for help and get clear answers (not just HR jargon),

• Comfortable working in a global environment, including occasional later meetings (ending e.g. 18:00).

• Able to work onsite in Espoo or Tampere at least 2 days per week, we like to see each other face to face too,

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

AND It’s even more awesome if you have experience with Humaans, Teamtailor and Netvisor.
