This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will directly shape revenue growth and customer success. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your territory while being supported by experienced colleagues across the U.S. and globally. What You’ll Do
You will own and lead the full sales cycle for OT cybersecurity solutions, helping industrial, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure clients strengthen and secure their operational environments.
Your impact will include:
Generating and closing new revenue opportunities across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
Conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and consultative technical presentations
Translating complex OT, SCADA, and ICS security needs into tailored, practical solutions
Building trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, IT teams, and plant/operations stakeholders
Developing strategic account plans and accurate sales forecasts
Managing pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
Collaborating with internal leadership and channel partners to move opportunities forward
Representing Tosi at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with relationship-building and technical storytelling.

Preferred experience and skills:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, industrial automation, or OT environments
Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and OT security challenges
Experience managing complex or enterprise-level sales cycles
Ability to confidently communicate technical concepts to both IT and operational audiences
Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
